Maria Carla Olivieri

The interest toward the rights of individuals, in every aspect of everyday life, brought me toward family law (separations, divorces, protection of minors), and then move my area of activity to other areas of Civil Law, in particular: inheritance lawreal estate, and, last but not least, contractual civil liability and non-contractual liability.

After graduating in 1991, with honors, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna, I continued my training in the civil law area. I have been a qualified barrister since 1996 and I have been qualified to represent clients before the Supreme Court since 2013.

Since 1997, for over ten years, I have been serving as public defender in criminal proceedings against minors before the Juvenile Court for Emilia Romagna.

From 1998 to 2019 I have been a consultant for ASPPI (Small Real Estate Landlords Association).

I have been Honorary Judge at the Ravenna Court from 2006 to 2011.

Since 2013 I have been a qualified lawyer at the Consulate of France in Milan, for the assistance and legal representation of French citizens on the Italian territory.

Since July 2019, I have been on the list of lawyers who are qualified to serve as Court consultants as estate curators.
