In 2009, we were the first law firm in Italy to provide assistance for designing an insurance policy against the risk of dismissal.

The project, in collaboration with the municipality of Sogliano al Rubicone (FC) (Mayor Enzo Baldazzi) and the insurance company Net Insurance that won the tender, focused on creating the first insurance policy to cover the pecuniary losses that an employee may suffer as a consequence of the dismissal.
