First public procurement for the welfare area to cover all the public assistance scheme of the Municipality of Bologna and the provincial territory of Bologna.

In 2011, we assisted the Municipality of Bologna in drafting the first public tender call for a single administrative and technical management system for the welfare scheme of the Municipality of Bologna and the provincial territory of Bologna.

It was the first public procurement of its kind in Italy.

The contract covered the entire range of the welfare services provided by the Municipality of Bologna for a total value of 4.6 million Euros.

The service standards have been implemented and improved, while the overall cost has decreased of around 12%.
